Great location, clean property, and responsive host! Overall really great experience - the location is unbeatable. 30 second walk to the beach and boardwalk and maybe 2 minutes to Belmont Park. So much to do within a 15 minute walk for families with young kids (under 4) Would highly recommend.

House was amazing! Even closer to the sand than I expected! Host idea: perhaps provide a description of house (colors etc) and better alley description as we got confused and ended up knocking on the wrong door

Amazing location with a 30 second stroll to the beach as well as walkable to the Mission Beach entertainment area. House is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredible with communications.
