Condo was in nice shape and well maintained - balcony/view was excellent and being on an upper floor provided nice cool air flow. One issue was the transients around the complex and up/down the boardwalk - city needs to address the issue since it's getting worse each year.

Pumps for bathroom cleaning in the shower did not work. Disappointed in the size of the balconies. We stayed in the same complex before but on the first floor that had great balconies. Otherwise the place was very nice and clean. No oven.
