The description and photos make the layout of the property unclear. It seemed like we would have access to either the patio or the 3rd floor but the entire property (living room, kitchen and bedrooms) are all in the second floor. It’s a beautiful and cozy space but a little misleading.

Great property! Walking distance to Belmont park, large garage and just a few steps off the beach. There is also a small market/liquor store less than a block away and a great little coffee shop/smoothie spot.

This was a great property, run by great people. The property is about a 30 second walk from the beach, keeping the crowds away from the property, while still having an ocean view. The property is spacious and has a lot of attention paid to small details that make the stay convenient.

This house is ideally located in the heart of Mission Beach — just steps from the sand with stunning Pacific Ocean views, and a short drive from all that San Diego has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, making our stay completely stress-free. We'd highly recommend it and hope to be back!

Great location- thoughtful amenities for beach, clean and great communication with property management. Just note that you can hear everything from upstairs guests- toilets flushing, showers running and footsteps. Otherwise fantastic stay- would stay again or at any of the other properties this host has!
