PB Cottage w/ Parking + Hot Tub + Firepit + Surfboards

We had a fantastic stay at William’s Pacific Beach cottage! From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. Communication was excellent, and the place was spotless — truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We were even able to check in early, which was a nice bonus. On day two, a handyman came to fix the shower — something they noticed and brought up to us, not the other way around. Kudos for the transparency and attentiveness! The repair was quick and didn’t impact our stay at all, and we appreciated them making sure we had hot water. The cottage itself was charming, and the location was perfect for enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again. And did I mention how incredibly clean it was?!

The house was perfect for our stay. The Jacuzzi was an added bonus after a long day.

This bright Pacific Beach home is in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach. Fairly well equipped kitchen, air conditioned, and has a good parking spot. The lighting could be improved, there was only 1 reading lamp in the bedroom (and an harsh overhead light), and the living room had no table/desk lamps, only a harsh overhead light. The shower is quirky, it was often difficult to get a steady warm stream of water, it would oscillate between hot and cold. Very easy check in process, and good communication with owner. We were not able to take advantage of the 2 patios or beach supplies, but nice that they were available. Thank you, William!

Cute place. The location for where we needed to be was perfect! The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet there. My only negative comment is that the place could use a paint refresh and the bathroom is dated. All in all, it was good.
